Actually, yes. I don't know why the dwarf is so cursed but as a workaround I've added the option to all the Rune Brokers. I'm going to get some extra eyes on this tomorrow to (hopefully) prevent it from happening again. Sorry about that!

There are rune brokers in every major city, as well as in every newbie 1-5 starter area.

Also we modified our addon to prevent people from talking to the rune broker, so that we can have a read sod experience.

Now we can't use the XP stop anymore.
