The one piece is real
Microslop is desparate with every move they make to justify the 69 billion they paid and they come up with all sort of negative impact ideas that hurt not only retail , but all private classic servers. Yes , those classic servers had stolen something that isnt theirs , but it is like that for every single big game out there - there is a private server or private version of that game with modifications , yet only Microslop decide to show their teeth for every single penny they can snatch extra. In their own greed they loose more than they gain , especially with the fiasco that Midnight is - every single patch bugged , majority of raids bugged , every reset of the game something breaks , they release things semi-ready patches and only fix them if they are completely destroying the game and it will continue to be that bad despite their promises and people pay for this with a monthly sub on top of expansion cost , where free games in similar genre require only one-time purchase and are way better in quality...its really bad...
Certainly interesting timing, if they are releasing C+ I am curious as to how they're going to market it without essentially admitting retail failures/diversions from the original or early WoW design.
Haven't even read the article, but we all know what it "could" mean. I'm sure this is another article that really deserved popping up on the Discord bot.EDIT: Read it, it was exactly what I expected. Really great journalism here.
As long as warmane lives blizz should hide in shame
PIRATE servers, not private.Pirate servers are free to play, we hace to pay, so OFFICIAL SERVERS ARE PRIVATE.You should know this.
On one hand, I wouldn't be against the kind of stuff that Turtle WoW and Ascension had. Turtle was one of the most authentic Classic-feeling servers I've ever played, and Ascension was really cool with classless, Warcraft Reborn, and Conquest of Azeroth modes. That last one I was REALLY excited for, and it's a shame it's gonna be taken down before it releases. On the other hand... I don't have any confidence that Blizzard will implement anything from these. Maybe Warcraft Reborn.
Replacing Nostalrius just involved digging up an old version of the game. Replacing Turtle requires work and Blizzard hates work.
