Easy: they remove immunities to relax a very tight restriction on class comp. If smth can be cheesed through immunities it means if you're not an immunity-granting class, you're not invited. It's okay for guilds that have a set roster but it's quite discouraging for pugs. If the mech cannot be cheesed through immunities, the class-spec restrictions are relaxed a bit.
Blizzard completely lost my trust with those decisions they make startin Midnight , they are completely unlogical , messy , nerfs in to buffs - buffs in to nerfs...how can a company fail so much is beyond me...
I mean it seems like the goal was to ease comp restrictions for the encounter, but the nerf to compensate seems a bit low TBH. It's to be seen how it'll play out now, but it's also odd how they just changed the fight drastically now to where you have to employ a new strat for phase 3
Terrible change. A lot of guilds are trying to prog this boss currently, and they are killing already practiced strategies. Makes no sense.
This maths out to a 35% increase in healing and/or mitigation required by groups that are progging the boss on Mythic and had expected to immune one tether from each cast prior to today. Absolutely massive yikes after HoF is closed.
