Best Curio Loadout for Valeera in Season 1 Delvestuning hotfixes

Porcelain Blade Tip (Combat): Weakens enemies increasing their chance to be critically hit by 5%.

Mandate of Sacred Death (Utility): Stack Mandates from Valeera gathering nodes, then deal percent health damage based on the number of mandates.

Holy Bounding Hand Grenade (Combat)

It keeps resetting after every other combat. Don't know if it's a bug or intended but it makes it a lot less useful ^^'Comment by WowvocateThey changed something with Mandate that seems to have made it useless. It was dealing a ton of damage before and does virtually nothing now. Just use ebon crown if you like curiosity hunting, or voidspire otherwise.
