OK now make the mounts have a higher drop rate like 5%. 0.3? for 8 mounts is insane. 447 attempts in one zone for a Dragonhawk mount :)
I thought I saw that last night, thought I got lucky in getting a warbound item. Definitely a good change.

This is kind of nice. We usually have this with patch zone gear anyway so it's a good change. Between this and BoE profession blues it's kind of odd Blizzard hasn't made a bigger deal over these alt friendly changes. You'd think they would put up an article about it at least.

What if you already killed a bunch and were given soulbound gear you vendored. Now I'm wishing I hadn't dived into rares when I saw them.... (*sadface*)

So glad for this change! Makes a little bonus when farming for the rares for the mount drop and also makes it easy to be able to deck out a bunch of fresh alts in 220+ gear (if it procs epic) just by doing a few rotations of the rares every day/every other day. It felt like a shame vendoring all the gear over the last couple of days, even if it counted for transmog.
