Also i could not find Loa's Urns while I was leveling, but i did find then after I got to 90 and finished the amani champaign. If you cant see then this could be the issue or you did not interact with the chest first

ALWAYS best to try looking for stuff like this AFTER finishing any Zone's Campaign, esp. with an Expansion as new as Midnight is.

There IS, however, an add-on that can show where the required items are & what may need to be done before you can interact with them.
However, as add-ons are a bit of a sore point in the game, at the moment, I'm hesitant to mention its' name.

doesn't look great compared to the tbc one. the fur looks weird. maybe some budget artists.

dude get over yourself

It's HandyNotes: Midnight. Just click the chest on the map and it will put the blue dots on the map where the Urns are.

No offense but wowhead used to be quicker on those posts ngl

so awesome. cant wait for it to never see the light of day since it cant fly.

I guess the answer is they could always just make it float and fly just like those goofy flying horse mounts galloping on nothing in the air.

This isn't about speed. There's just not a lot of content that hasn't already been covered and its expansion/patch launch so they need to post an article each day to keep traffic up.

The new model has also subbed out the shrunken elf heads to... take the edge off because they're friends now?

I don't think it looks as good as the TBC models, which is kinda crazy. The wood elements look poorly painted and broken; while the resolution on the "haunch pendant" is maybe lower than the mount added in 2007?
Its also noticeably smaller than its OG counterpart, which is comical, and leaves these new warbears feeling like a cheap, generic brand version over the original(s).

Not sure how they can do such a nice job on the paladin charger revamp and then muck these up so thoroughly, but they've done it, and now I doubt anyone will ride them. Life goes on regardless.

Also, just get HandyNotes.

Comment by Plaidiator

Why are there sharpened teeth pointing right up into your thigh when riding this? So bizarre. It kills the mount for me.

Comment by MZGrey

Shi, I got the OG mount and I've only been playing since 2016. Oddly I got it when I was looking for something to do and there was a wowhead article on ridiculously easy mounts to get, and I was still wet behind the ears. I went and got it. Still ride it regularly when I am in areas where a WarBear looks good to ride. I also still regularly use the ground mounts that I actually earned by doing something.

You want real? You want painful, difficult and makes you curse your mother for looking at your father a second time? Be a LW, and go max out Legion Leatherworking. Go get your Great Northern Elderhorn.

And Handy Notes freaking rules. Microsoft gonna try to turn WoW into a Disneyland ride. I foresee rogue servers running pre-MS style WoW for us mid-era players who came in around WoD lol

You have to go look at/interact with the chest before the urns appear.

Longer story. On my (story)main I was in the area of the chest, saw it on HandyNotes, clicked the chest and went to a nearby urn, where I was nearly killed (I was still a low 80's), so I left it for the time being.
A few days later I went back on an alt, and headed straight to the urn I'd previously visited. It wasn't there. At the time I'd figured it was because my main had already done it. So I headed to one of the other urns instead. It also wasn't there.
Figured I'd check the chest. It was there, I clicked it, went to try the first urn again, and it was there! As was the second one I'd checked.
Main was low 80's, saw the urns.
Alt was 90, didn't see the urn until I'd interacted with the chest :)

the disneyfication at work i guess

I still keep a ground mount on my bar, in dungeons where you can mount, usually can't fly. So it gets those mounts in the rotation. I do a lot of mount collecting, so it's nice to see some that wouldn't pop up on the random favorite because they don't fly.

Also, love HandyNotes. I'm glad they updated for midnight. Grab things as I'm doin other things.

Comment by Soeroah

Lol, someone actually thought HandyNotes was in danger of being broken if someone made Blizzard aware of it?

Comment by Kairupal

what happens if you cant see the urns at any of the points ?

Comment by Anorak11

If you started playing in 2016 you don't have the OG bear. The OG ZA bear was in TBC. You have the battle bear they added in 2011 during Cata.

Unless you snagged a war bear of the BMAH. And if you did thats sick af.
