I hope sparks are going to be weekly with costs doubling

Does the first week have the freebie like usual so that you can craft 1 item right away?There has always been a "acquire 1 fragment" quest that then awarded you with a 2nd fragment and thus 1 spark to craft with. The equivalent now would be a quest to acquire one spark that awards you with a 2nd spark to then be able to craft one item.

This must be the weekly cache quest that rolls over with the reset. So Weds for EU. Presumably you only get a spark if you’re level 90. That would be helpful to know. Also does it include a cache with veteran gear or is that not til the season start. Details Squishei… more details needed.
I think that Arcantina quest will soon be nerfed or removed. It does not sound fair at all and like someone screwed up at Blizzard implementing this when the 3 others takes way more time than 1 minutte. Something is not right here.
I don't actually have this available on my 90, no blue quests in the city. Am I missing something? US server.
This can be a quick quest, provided there are other players to toast. But with Blizz 'fixing' the key to not be a quick port back to Silvermoon anymore, the number of players coming through has dropped precipitously (should tell you how players feel about the area in general). Depending on your server and what time you play, you may have to actually join a group to find players or you could be waiting for a while.
Do I have to complete each map to see the weekly? I have Sojourner of Eversong Woods and Zul'Aman and just starting quests in Harandar? is this also reason I can not see any World/daily quests? Right now there is no weekly quest giver in the tent in silvermoon city
