The Helm from Silvermoon Court is not present on the vendor. He only has the helm for Renown Level 2, not the one for Renown Level 9. Nevermind, didn't see that it was a quest that is not available in Early Access. Why did they ad quests? You used to be able to just go and purchase.

I’ve never understood why rep gear is always so low on the power scale. They always do it. We had gear at almost max renown in TWW being the equivalent of dungeon gear but it was never good to wear just bought for transmog.This gear should be Veteran at least but not upgradable so that you get LFR entry gear for those who need it and can help them get geared for end game content

Can confirm voidstorm to be the only working repzone with champion gear as both amani and silvermoon have turned up nothing. Tomorrow will check haranir and if theirs dont work, this article should be "get your 1 free renown item now!" lol
While the Haranir Quest is available, I guess it won't be doable until reset / official release.From the Renown Guide:"Participate in Legends of the Haranir and complete the associated Haranir Relic weekly quest"The NPC that gives these quests has nothing yet.
