Holy Paladin Changes Pushed to Midnight Beta

This was not implemented in-game yet.

Flash of Light healing increased by 35%.

Shield of the Righteous now grants 140% more Mana.

Holy Shock mana cost reduced by 20%.

Holy Shock healing increased by 15%.

Shield of the Righteous damage increased by 100%.

Shining Righteousness damage increased by 100%.

- make shield of right. integral for mana regen
- BUT ALSO remove crusader strike as builder so you gotta use healing as builder for damage

HPALs in my guild are out healing Shaman and Druids and Priests in raid and M+ with where they are currently. Sure, make them more powerful healers. I won't say no to Druids and Shaman getting dethroned from Mythic+.
