Can't even launch a completed prepatch event, already working on the patch after the one they need to launch in a month.

That is how development works, yes. Perhaps it may shock you, but there are multiple teams. The people who put together the prepatch are not necessarily the same people working on any given aspect of future patch content.

Personally feel like the bigger problem is that it's being reported on. Like, yeah, its "news" so I understand... just feels like 12.0 is already old news because it's been cracked open for weeks if not months.

And that's why at Blizzard and many other oversized studios, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Yep. This is more of a complaint with WoWhead’s reporting approach than anything to do with Blizzard or the game itself. This is also a complaint I’ve seen on this site for a decade. I know people refuse to take responsibility for their own media consumption, but goddamn. If someone doesn’t like knowing news ahead of time, they should maybe stop reading the articles. Sigh.

Don't care about any of the content in it.
I just want them to fix how absolutely atrocious the UI is for healing.

Dispel tracking in any content with multiple debuffs that need to be tracked is absolute hell with any vision impairment now because we can't white / blacklist still.

I do. I find it funny. And seeing other people be cynical helps me be less cynical about things related to WoW.

Maybe it's your opinion that doesn't matter? Maybe no one cares for your comments, that's why you're currently lashing out?

Also towards the other guy: Where opinion? There opinion!

If you think that this is how projects are developed you are are something i am not allowed to spell out here Go back to school kid, to learn how to talk about things you learned and how to avoid talking garbage about things you know nothing about.

Better yet. Just be quiet and go play wow. That way we do not have to read comments from idiots

The reason the game has so many game breaking issues is because they decided to code on top of already buggy code that they are not fixing.

Coding is not branch prediction where you attempt to predict an outcome and have several branches working in tandem. Your code is based on what is there and not based on what is not even finished yet.

No one cares about your armchair developer opinions. Sybau and go play another game if bugs trigger you this much.

This escalated quickly :D

But yeah, check out something like this - any patch / new main version / whatever is usually happening in tandem with other things. This is one of the complexities of software development these days - and yes, why sometimes you are actually coding on top of things that are broken. It happens... but generally the approach allows you to think about the past, present and future while somehow not coming to a halt because "we can't move forward before Feature x / Bug fix Y / that thing the boss wants Z" is implemented.
