Pre-Patch Event Rares Will Be Summoned Every 5 Minutes Later Today

There are additional updates coming today. With hotfixes that are already live to all realms:

Ritualist and boss health has been adjusted to make them last a longer for large groups.
The price of gear on the vendor is being adjusted downwards, from 40 Insignias to 20 Insignias.

And later today, we’ll deploy this hotfix:

Bosses will start spawning every 5 minutes, rather than every 10 minutes.

1. Keep spawn order
2. 5m timers or sequential spawning
3. 10-15 Insignias per rare
4. 25-50 bonus Insignia for 1st daily kill
5. 100% gear drop rate per kill

Make weekly / wqs give currency per character not per warband.

Nobody at Blizz mathed this all out to figure you need over 2k insignias for 1 of everything, that's not including multiple of a decor, and people with multiple characters. Anyone with multiples of the same armor type get destroyed with current loot rate/table. I spent 90 minutes before I got a piece of loot today, and it was a shield. For my 8 hunters.
