The thing about it is now I'm logging to characters that never touched the neighborhood (now) weeklies and they aren't given the option at all for them. So basically the neighborhood weeklies will only get to be done once per neighborhood, meaning max 5 coupons and one endeavor completion per week? GGs...

Is this how some neighbourhoods have managed to complete their whole endeavour with just three people whereas my active guild has just managed the first threshold? Since I’m now so capped, I’m not motivated to carry on.
I wonder if they noticed that the Zaralek Cavern WQ Endeavour could be completed by doing WQs in Khaz Algar. Apparently I've done 50+ WQs in Zaralek Cavern this week.
