Don't forget the maintenance they're announcing in the BattleNet Launcher. 9am PST to 10am people may experience interruptions of service and disconnects. But should be able to log back in. 10am PST to 11am PST they'll be performing maintenance on Voice Chat.
Add a zero and even 20 hours won't be enough to fix some of the bugs. In fact, they had a year and half, length of the entire TheBugsWithin expansion and they couldn't fix some of the bugs reported in beta two years ago.
