People will still run 12s (low effort 3k, some yapping about efficiency, people will convince themselves it's faster, etc).I don't see any harm in just letting people do stuff because they enjoy it; not every single thing needs a carrot. That said, a more populated cosmetic reward structure could be good. Players like shiny stuff.

God forbid higher than +10 be rewarding. I thought this was a very, very decent implementation that wouldnt have anyone. Why remove the incentive to try and push, especially early? Not surprised, but once again disapponted.Was actually one of the coolest changes I was looking forward to, after expansions of having no actual reason to push (Yes, 12s, I know - that's not the point)
How can be so stupid at blizz office? Not everyone like raiding (or have time to do that), why no incentives to do M+ ? Are they *!@#ing ^&*!@# or what?

This is a good change for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy spamming Mythic+ above +12. I want my keys to be easy and fast to finish like the dungeons where in the past. I really hate the “fill your vault for a chance at gear” system, and I wish they would separate Mythic+ progression from raiding.
Is Dungeon Myth Crest reward unchanged (12,14,16 for +10/+11/+12)?
