The flickering anima that drops from any last boss, for one-time (per warband/account) 500 TW badge turn in, are unable to be turned in for the reward. Quest giver is there, ? will show on map, but Ta'steld will not have a ? over their head to complete the quest. Additionally, it is common for completion of the dungeon will not give you credit towards the weekly turn in.

Last boss of Da Otherside is terrrribleComment by cgilm25262 of the dungeons dont give credit for the quest "A Shadow Path Through Time". Since you dont actually kill the finall boss in De Other Side and Sanguine Depths , you dont get credit towards the quest.
