World of Warcraft Chinese Server Operations Team (translated)
During the third season of The War Within, the Chinese server operations team cracked down on account sharing activities such as PvE/PvP boosting and account sharing, as well as PvP cheating, score boosting, account boosting, and intentional sabotage. The corresponding penalties have now been imposed on the aforementioned violations.
From November 13th to November 20th, a total of 2673 characters violated regulations in The War Within Mythic raids. Last week,
744 characters illegally redeemed Mythic equipment from the corresponding Turbo Boost raid. We will reclaim this equipment and continue to conduct rolling checks and reclaim related equipment. Additionally, at the end of this season, we will conduct a unified review and reclaim of the mount "Unbound Star-Eater" obtained through violations from the Mythic difficulty Dimensius raid. Specific penalties are as follows:
- Mythic difficulty Manaforge: Mythic gear picked up in Omega will be reclaimed, and Unbound Star-Eater dropped in Mythic difficulty Dimensius will be reclaimed at the end of the season.
- Mythic gear obtained from the first raid row of the Great Vault will be retroactively reclaimed. Furthermore, for players who have not yet claimed their loot, the penalty will be rolled over until all loot is reclaimed.
- Mythic quality Turbo Boost equipment obtained from group dungeons will be continuously reclaimed.
- All of the aforementioned offenders will be subject to additional account bans.
From November 13th to November 19th, a total of
125 characters were found to have violated regulations in Rated Battlegrounds, Arenas, Solo Blitz, and Blitz modes. Some of these players severely disrupted the gaming experience of others through actions including, but not limited to, intentional sabotage, score manipulation, and cheating. We will permanently freeze these players' Battle.net accounts. Specific penalties are as follows:
- The aforementioned offenders will be banned from the competition this season, and some players who commit serious violations will have their Battle.net accounts permanently frozen.
- Mounts: Astral Gladiator's Felbat and Toys: Astral Legend Banner will be recycled, and the player will be disqualified from obtaining the title at the end of the season.
- Some characters will be subject to bans, and these bans will be applied on a rolling basis. Please note that if one character violates the rules, other characters under the same Battle.net account will also be unable to receive the aforementioned PvP rewards this season.
In addition to the aforementioned key targets, the Chinese server operations team once again solemnly reminds everyone:
- Any form of account sharing, account boosting, or account transfer is illegal.
- We will continue to investigate and punish any violations that attempt to evade punishment through special means. Please do not take chances!
Have fun playing the game!
