Would be nice if we got actual Amani to use those transmogs with, but let's face it Blizzard is WAY too lazy for that. Worgen and Tauren still have all their tier armor look incredibly ugly with a ton of hair clipping. Every season they make amazing armor, and see how unusable it is on some races, and go "Yup, ready for release!". Man'ari are pale red reskins that look nothing like their NPC counterparts and have no customizations. Armor made for dwarves had tons of issues clipping with their beards. Blizz promotional material of $30 transmog photoshops away hands clipping through the dress. Blood elves are getting 0 new customizations despite this being the most blood elf themed expansion ever. Again, Blizzard is too lazy and too greedy to give us proper customization, or spend any amount of time on things looking good. Their current art team mode is "release 500 armor and mount recolors that look mid, move on to the next season".
These are going to be playable for sure. Also have access to Druid I feel.

Everyone miss the part where Blizzard already confirmed that you can unlock Amani troll colours for Darkspear, once you complete their zone?Yes? Okay, good. That kills your Allied Race hopes. Just like how Darkspear already have Gurubashi, Drakkari, and Farakki skin colours available.Your Amani Trolls are just Darkspear with a forest green tint.Haranir are your Allied Race for Midnight (with Druid forms). And then, when we go back to Northrend, it will likely be Vrykul, maybe even the metal ones.
Have we seen the questing armors yet?I don't mind cosmetic shoulders and tabards but I'd like them to somewhat match the questing troll gear so that we can have cloth, leather, mail and plate iterations that share only some similarities.Also...Dracthyr get a body size option...Could we give Trolls just ONE extra body size, the Amani style bodies?Then no Allied Race needed and it would help customize RPers for all the other tribes as well.
Not the flat painted on neckpiece on the chest lol. Seriously, Blizz, this isn't 2004 anymore. The technology is there for 3D elements on gear.

To those saying "Amani Allied Race", I hate to point it out, but I don't think its going to happen. Look up "Amani Troll Appearances in Midnight - Allied Race Speculations" here on WoWHead. The Amani are just going to be a customization for the Dark Spear Trolls, like how the dark rangers are for night elves, blood elves, and void elves; or how the Man'ari are for the draenei. I don't think we are going to see anymore allied races for races that aren't specifically distinct from a base race anymore. I think its going to be racial customizations. And before someone points out that the earthen are just dwarves, the earthen and the dwarves as similar in body design only. The dwarves have become so separated from the earthen at this point in the lore that they are in fact two separate species.
There is still kind of hope for the Amani Troll allied race (or body option for normal trolls) as long as it's not too different from existing body shapes. Blizzard already said somewhere last weeks that they don't see themselves any adding any more new races with body shapes different to the currently playable ones because it takes too much work and time to make all currently existing armor pieces fit on an entirely new race
So, ONE cape, ONE head piece, ONE shoulder piece, THREE weapons... and thats it?Not only we cant play as an amani allied race, not only we cant play as scrawny amani because there isnt any in Zul'Aman, but we also cant cosplay as amani? Blizzard, what the @#$%ing @#$%?
Add new voodoo masks or riot. The Amani and other forest troll tribes have always had them, it's a huge part of their culture.
All of these are such a letdown. We have better, older troll items and this is how they treat current year amani enjoyers.
