Looks like blizzard heard my complaints that healers are getting benched with the damage/healing increase buffs from renown and are now compensating lol
Is this only for mythic? Was doing our heroic farm last night and same ability was trucking us more than usual

Why even BUFF a Boss after HoF is clossed? It's the same BS with the "Fixes" we got for Araz, what made the Boss fight significant more challenging! And now they also Buff Fractillus? Sure, This Boss is a Joke... but since his Enrage was kinda short it was just a Damage-Race-Boss and if you couldn't make it past him, you also would lake in terms of Damage for the next bosses... it was kinda fine... and now Guilds that needed to do 3 Healers Strat to get this Damage Requirement might need to go back to 4 Healers and can't do the Boss anymore cause of lack of DPS...I love it... why even bother with the Bosses are "to weak" after this time? I mean... we have +9% Damage and Healing this Week... i get it... but it's funny how such Buffs/Fixes suddenly appear after HoF is closed... not while RWF... no... after this... so guilds not fast enough to get in top 100 will surely get some Nerfs for certain Bosses (that btw don't even address the real Problems with those)... but also made their live harder for no reason...If you can't figure out a Boss is to weak in 7 Weeks into a Season, than don't Buff them after 8 Weeks! Let people have fun at a Boss even though it is to weak... Fractillus wasn't laughed about cause of to easy from requirement... it was laughed about cause there nearly are NO Mechanics involved besides giving everybody a Position for after the Breaks and then follow the WeakAura... This Buff won't make the fight more interesting... it just makes it more annoying!
This boss is pretty free, my guild was hitting 11% enrage within 5 pulls. I don't blame them - between the 3% raid buff and this week's crest gains on peices like weapons and chestplates/pants that give a ton of stats, that 9% addiional healing is very minor or about the same as it was previously.
This isn't really logical because the hall of fame is closed and guilds just getting to him are going to be up against the wall to get CE as it is. Like oh you raid more or generally are just better? Enjoy the easy mode! So illogical.
Good change imo. Mythic Fract was incredibly boring outside of knockback + spreads before, but during our reclear yesterday there was actually healing to do. I hope this was intentional.
Definitely requires more than 2.5 million HPS increase. Our raid is on Nexus king and last week our 5th reclear of fractillus with almost identical comp recorded an overall damage taken per second increase from shockwave of 71.2%. Going from 5.34 million DTPS to 9.156 million DTPS. That's an increase of 3.8 million DTPS. It's not an absurd increase, as most of us healers had been sleeping, but it's caught alot of guilds unaware for sure.
This boss is a massive disappointment for 5th/6th boss on Mythic.
With the increased raid buff and turbo boost ilevels, I can't see this being worse than neutral at the end of the day.
