May as well just give the appearance to players. Legion has been ages ago. I do have the bearform unlocked but still think others should be able by now to enjoy it as well. The vanity has long since wore off.
Let druids keep their very very limited pool of character customization, and give it to everyone else who didn't encounter the bug.
Just leave them in. And enable the ones for other classes too. I've got all 36 Magetower appearances back during Legion. But nowadays you barely see them anymore because Players either don't mog them, or don't have them. Which is kinda sad, since a lot of them are really pretty. Just let people have stuff. No reason gatekeeping. They aren't any more prestigous than Tomb Mythic Sets which everyone can farm freely.
