Both with the MN S1 sets and the weapons, it feels like they're ALL missing the mark of delivering on strong Thalassian vibes. No phoenix symbol, no wings... The Hunter Nighthold set, Paladin Antorus set and Mage Nighthold and Manaforge Omega sets did that way better, which is disappointing.The weapons do have the proper Blood Knight colors, but with the green fel glow which Blood Knights should no longer be associated with...I expected a lot from Midnight cosmetics, but I guess the best I'll get will be the crafter civilian outfits I'll likely be able to buy from some NPC in Silvermoon...I hope Blizzard would consider HD versions of the 2.4 Quel'Danas sets, at least the cloth ones, which were pretty good.

Since SL everythings been the same design with diamonds and hard edges everywhere. Transmogs, buildings, structures. Everything looks the same. Can we please get some new design ideas.
I like the colourschemes and the designs for most of these, but this isn't what I was desperate for as a blood elf paladin main. I've been waiting for 20 years man... I know we will get plenty of blood elf themed stuff, but it is usually the raid items that get the most details and 3D elements, so I am saddened to see that the blood elf themed things we'll be getting will be from quests... :/
The super angular shapes and the clashy colors (red/green comes dangerously close to Xmas) don't really do it for me. I'm not getting a lot of Void, Dream, OR Thalassian vibes from these, with the exception of a couple color schemes, none of which seem to affect the entire weapon at once--there's a TON of flat grey and it's not fun to look at.The shape of the weapon impacts the design the most. All I get from these is somebody playing with cardboard cutouts and covering them with glitter.
Damn this tier is goated on 2H, too many people underestimate low fantasy design :)

What are all these Dornogal-lookin' weapons? Looks like leftovers from TWW where they had originally planned to have a final raid where we team up with the Earthen and the Arathi to stop Xal'atath from attacking the bottom of the Coreway. But instead they were like, "Nah let's go to K'aresh and reuse them in Midnight S1." lmao

I don't hate these, but I can understand the disappointment if these are raid weapons. I do suspect there are missing visual effects, especially looking at that second staff. Seems like there should be flames or some sort of effect coming out of the top of the 'cup'.
Damn, I expected something more... elf themed. Those are pretty boring.
These look like quest items, not raid items. Also RIP, hunters don't get any weapons that even remotely match their tier lol.
