How to Obtain the Pandaren Kite Mount in Mists of Pandaria Classic

If you've ever taken a Flightpath in Pandaria, you've seen the Pandaren's traditional flying kites. If you're an avid reputation farmer, you can get your very own Pandaren Kite as a mount! To go fly a kite, you'll need to earn Exalted with all MoP launch factions.

The
Pandaren Kite String
is rewarded from the
Pandaren Ambassador
/
Pandaren Ambassador
achievement. The requirement is to reach Exalted with all of the factions that became available at the launch of MoP, including your faction's Pandaren: the
Tushui Pandaren
and
Huojin Pandaren
.
Let's go fly a kite!
We have guides for all of the mainland Pandaria factions, but for
Tushui Pandaren
and
Huojin Pandaren
you'll need to purchase their respective tabards and run dungeons. For Horde, you can buy
Huojin Tabard
from
Disciple Jusi
in Orgrimmar, and Alliance players can purchase
Tushui Tabard
from
Adherent Hanjun
in Stormwind.

You can either equip the tabard and passively work your way to Exalted as you run your max level dungeons, or you can choose to solo lower level dungeons (a good choice would be
Shadow Labyrinth
in
Terokkar Forest
in Outland). A bonus to reaching Exalted is a selection of
Dragon Turtle mounts
!
