Soooo... Not banned at all. Got it. Way to pad out your content though. Nice SEO work, I suppose?
That's the Problem... A Account-Ban is worth SH*T if the Player could just create a new one... but sure, with this policy you can just Ban accounts and earn money by letting them pay for new accounts... but since I guess all the Gold he needed for Battle-net Credit to buy a new Account and for all the Boosts he got, were given him by the Guild it's only a minor time and gold waste on their side... this ban didn't do ANYTHING... those Players don't care if they get the Win with Account A or B or Character A or B... they only care for the result... so if he gets a World First, he is fine and the Ban didn't do Anything. Why even Ban accounts? e.g. there is a player constantly harassing others, get's banned, has a Backup-Account with all his Gold get's new accounts all the time to harass again with another one and another one and another one... won't change the harassing and Blizz doesn't even get money out of this since he can just make new Accounts with his Gold (Changing Gold to Battle.net-Credit, buying new Licence with this Credit). It's like taking away the Car from a Millionaire he speeded through the city with 200 and allow him to just buy a new one and hoping he won't do it again... Bans need to hit PLAYERS, NOT their ACCOUNTS! #ChangeMyMind
Banning for "Account Sharing" is the most dumb thing among other dumb things in Blizzard's ToS. Like... what evil thing does that fight against compared to the countless other actual malicious things in the ToS that constantly go unpunished by Blizz for months on end?
