The entire area starting from a poorly-designed skybox look and feel bland (as expected of a bootleg netherstorm). Broker ecodome (because they really wanted to sell their shadowlands garbage again), manaforge (because no one could be bothered to check it wasn't ethereal stuff) random mobs and dragons from other expansion as fauna and a hub copypasted from Shadowlands because that's what people want to see on a new planet. We should consider ourselves lucky they didn't accidentally put a random human town and goblin hub in there as well.
Cherry on the cake is still removing the ethereal signature VFX while making one of the #$%^tiest VFX in wow for the oh-so-fun phase activity.
