Join us for five days of non-stop community celebration, live esports, and more as we kick things off with Opening Night Live and unveil Midnight for the first time in a live stream direct from Cologne, Germany. We’ll also be broadcasting a special Midnight Expansion Overview stream with the developers who will take you deeper into the next chapter in the Worldsoul Saga.

Immediately following Opening Night Live, join WoW Executive Producer Holly Longdale, Senior Game Director Ion Hazzikostas, and Warcraft Universe Creative Director Chris Metzen as they join forces for an exciting deep dive into the zones, mechanics, new features, and story of the upcoming expansion during a special Midnight Expansion Reveal broadcast that will go live on the World of Warcraft official YouTube and Twitch channels.

Welcome! It’s time to step through the door of your home away from home. For the first time ever, players can get their hands on the all-new Housing system as a public demo at gamescom 2025! Stop by the World of Warcraft booth in Hall 8 to build, decorate, customize, and get an early look at one of the most anticipated features to come to World of Warcraft.

Go Live with the Creator Clash at gamescom

While attendees will get hands on at the event, we’ll also be streaming the Creator Clash live. Viewers can watch their favorite streamers engaging in a range of activities live from gamescom on the Warcraft Twitch & YouTube channels taking place August 20-22.

Even if you're not there in person, seeing the cinematic go live worldwide with a whole bunch of other sweaty neckbeards on a crappy Twitch stream is always a good experience. Can't wait to see the chat go so fast that it makes a helicopter's blades look motionless.
