Blizzard doesn't care. They're not going to fix this before next season. If an aspect is bugged and is not fixed in the first week of the season with hot fixes or an actual patch, then you need to give up all hope of ever getting it changed until next season.I don't feel sorry for necromancers. The ugly bastard helmet is still bugged for barbarians. If your wrath of the berserker is currently active and it comes off cooldown while the buff is still active, and you press it again and it overwrites itself, it breaks the functionality of your ugly bastard helmet and causes your damage to no longer be converted to fire until your wrath of the berserker falls off completely off of your buff bar, and then you can finally recast it and everything will work well again. The whole point of any wrath of the berserker-based build is use it with the ugly bastard helmet, because it has a massive amount of "wrath of the berserker cooldown reduction." You use all this stuff together to get the cooldown on that spell as short as possible and try to keep permanent uptime on it. It gets to the point that you get so much cooldown reduction that you can keep it up permanently, meaning you refresh it before the buff even falls off. And if you have taken all the pains to build a character with all this cooldown reduction and stats to get to the point of permanent wrath of the berserker, you are rewarded with... a broken/bugged unique helmet and a non-functional 60% damage bonus, which is massive. At that point, you might as well just not even wear a helmet at all if the one you're wearing doesn't even work, you know? But blizzard doesn't care. They only care about the Hydra Sorcerer. Literally every other build can go F itself in Blizzard's eyes. There's no bugs with Hydra, and that's because blizzard actually cared enough to put a developer in charge of making sure the build functions correctly. But they never give the same treatment and care to the other builds in the game. They only ever put this much effort into the brand new build of the season, which is usually a sorcerer build. They hate barbarians, and it makes me feel sick. This was reported over a month ago as a bug. Almost 2 months ago. They haven't commented on it. There's been no tweet about it. Pezradar hasn't said anything about it. The devs don't even acknowledge that it's an issue on the forums. You can cry more about your stupid necromancer aspects not working, wowhead article writer, but nobody cares, especially not blizzard! And none of this mentions blood Lance or blood surge, two of the most fun skills on the entire necromancer class, but they are literally dead this season. Blizzard made big overpower changes without making holistic changes to all the existing builds to compensate where needed for unintended side effects from the overpower nerfs. They just said, "Nah bro, we ain't got any time for all that BS, so here's a hastily slapped together patch, enjoy it and sorry about everything broken! JK sorry, not even actually sorry 😂😂" - sincerely, the D4 dev team
F*ck Blizzard. My fave class since D2 has gotten the raw end of the deal since D4 beta test.F*ck you Blizzard. Ill go play Last epoch, POE2 and D2R.
