During the campaign Xal even explicitly says something like "If I was in Dimensius position, my next target would be Azeroth". Cue Xal being in Dimensius' position.
I'm going to laugh so hard when it's revealed that Xal'atath is/was just a dreadlord at one point, then became something more with void infusion, and now is just out for exactly what the Jailer wanted - but through different means.
How does it make sense that Xalatath kills Locus Walker? I'm not getting it. Sure she betrays people etc. but how is he a threat to her at this point? He already gave her the reishi ribbons. She kills him to get the Dark Heart? She can't just wound him or grab it fast? lol Something about this just doesn't sit right with her character, to me. Perhaps it will be explained in the full cinematic but still..
I hope they prohibit Data Mining some day.
I mean, it was clear Xal'atath wins, we literally help her get the fully powered heart by stopping Dimensius.
This is as likely as Xal'atoes becoming the new All-Devouring, Locus Waaah-ker dying, and Duhhhh-lleria Windrunner making an oath in front of K'aresh to stop Xal. So &*!@in boring and predictable. ZzZzZzz.....

I think there will be more to it. Locus-Walker seems power-hungry for some reason in that trailer. I suppose we'll find out more next week, but I wouldn't go with plain "Xal'atah betrays us yet again" super expected plot.

Just let Xal’atath win and delete the WoW universe at this point. It’s the best outcome we can ask for.
