Hopefully, it relates to the stupid Deathstalker's Mark application bug(s) being fixed already. What's especially annoying is that it's just uncommon enough to always catch me off guard when Mark stacks are stuck at full or aren't reapplied. Bugs relating to a hero talent-defining mechanic should be addressed by the third season. C'mon, devs, get it together.
