Set up both of your Rune of Power.

Cast Living Bomb or Nether Tempest on the enemy targets.

If your ICD procs are soon off cooldown, wait; otherwise, use cooldowns regardless.

Cast your Arcane Power and Synapse Springs followed by Alter Time.

Cast Arcane Missiles if you have 4 stacks of Arcane Charge from Arcane Blast.

Cast Arcane Barrage whenever you have no procs of Arcane Missiles and 4 stacks of Arcane Charge.

Cast Arcane Blast otherwise.

Comment by Arthelais95I hope they fix the spell animation of arcane blast, where it appears to blast you too and the proc sound from Arcane Missiles. Because right now playing it you have to play sound off otherwise it's just the proc sound in your ears, you can't hear anything else lol.
