Final Tuning Datamined for Diablo 4 Season 9 - Class Changes from PTR and More

We've been hard at work datamining all the new changes for Diablo 4's Patch 2.3 Season 9 launch! Take a look at the raw data we've gathered below, comparing differences between the previous build and the live patch.
This datamined information comes directly from the Diablo 4 client. While some of it may differ from what was described in patch notes, this is the current information in the Patch 2.3 client.
These changes may have already entered the game due to the nature of Blizzard's release process - while the items aren't necessarily new to this specific patch release, they are new to the latest comparison of patch changes.

Here are the datamined changes for build 2.3.0.66482, compared to 2.3.0.65532.
Your Ultimate Skills, Earthquakes, and Dust Devils deal 15% 10%\ more damage.
Explode into rage, Knocking Back surrounding enemies and gaining Berserking Berserking, and Unstoppable for 5 seconds. For the next 10 seconds, dealing direct damage with Basic Skills grants Berserking for 5 seconds.
Shapeshift into a Dire Werebear for 10 seconds gaining 60%\ bonus damage and 20% Damage Reduction. Damage bonus is increased by 4% each second while in this form, up to a maximum of 100%. 100%\.
Kills extend the duration by 1 second and Overpowering Bosses extends the duration by 5 seconds. The duration cannot go above 10 seconds. Companions can be used during this effect.
Casting or Channeling an Earth Skill has a 40% chance to trigger a free Storm Skill of the same category, and vice versa. You deal 20% 40%\ more Earth and Storm damage and these free Skills count as both.
When you remain in After 10 seconds of Werebear form for at least 20 seconds, form, your next non-Defensive Skill will Overpower. Overpower and deal 5%\ increased damage.

Your Essence Generation is increased by 50% and your Bone Skills deal 0.5% 0.7%\ increased damage for each point of Essence you have when Cast, up to 100% 140%\.
Your Bone Skills have a 0.3%\ 1%\+] increased Critical Strike Chance for each 30 Essence you have upon cast.
Shadowblight's damage is increased by 20% 70%\ of your Corrupting Damage and Shadow Damage Bonuses, up to 300% 450%\.
While Fortified, you You deal 6% 5%\ increased damage to Elites.

Your Shadow Clone deals an additional engulfs you in its visage granting 20% of your damage. Damage Reduction for the duration.
After you Critically Strike, your Hydras gain 30%\ 50%\ Critical Strike Damage and 20%\+] Critical Strike Chance for 3 seconds. Chance.
