Diablo 4's Lilith Fight Keeps Getting Worse with a Permanent Immunity Bug

Lilith's fight in Diablo 4 includes multiple immunity phases and one-shot mechanics, but the most challenging part of the fight might be persistent bugs. One such bug causes Lilith to go entirely immune, making the fight impossible, and it might have only gotten worse in Season 8.
With the latest season, many new mechanics were added to Bosses, including Lilith. Unluckily, most of these have also come with the addition of forced intermissions, parts of the fight where a boss becomes immune. Users on Reddit have been
giving criticism over this decision all season
, but Lilith in particular has been a repeated pain point due to a bug pointed out by

Lilith going immune is quite normal, but in this case, she entirely fails to transition out of phase 1 and instead bugs out into a permanent immunity, while still casting mechanics! While it's still not confirmed how this happens, some signs point towards
too much damage
causes the fight to break, ironically enough.
If you're trying to kill Lilith, either before the end of Season 8 or in the upcoming Season 9, there's a good chance this won't be fixed, as similar Lilith bugs have persisted for many seasons. Make sure you stay vigilant and get that
