Evokers Devastating the Competition - The War Within Season 2 DPS Rankings for Mythic Liberation of Undermine Week 8

Specs considered underpowered are generally played less and tend to appear weaker than they are.

This happens as many performance-oriented players tend to play the strongest spec or class, increasing the gap between top and bottom specs even further.

Position of specs for the 95th percentile might be skewed by alternative strategies and parse funneling. We're including the chart showing all percentiles' results to paint a better picture for all specs.

Encounter balance will skew Mythic data while not many guilds have progressed further into the raid, making specs appear further ahead than they are.

Remember when BM hunter got a nerf to their AoE?

Comment by EggSam

Proud to be a devastation evoker main lets go!
though I'm never at the top of charts I usually peak 1.5mil during normal Liberation at ilvl 656, any tips? I'm Wavebringer-Nesingwary

It's nice to feel badass as an evoker again, even if I'm a mediocre badass.

What is the diference betwen 95th Percentile Statistics and Overall Statistics?

What is the diference betwen 95th Percentile Statistics and Overall Statistics?

Overall is the entire spread of distribution for each spec, represented sorta "from above" as box plots, and ordered by upper quartile (aka 75th percentile, aka the right hand side of each rectangular box in the plot). What the rest of the box plot actually means is more obscure as the lines that extent from each box corresponds to what the tooltip calls "maximum" when you hover over the corresponding box, but that doesn't match the maximum as shown when you plot the data using the "Max" percentile, presumably because they don't use the same number of parses for all percentiles... Yeah, on top of the fact that wowhead persists in highlighting the least relevant percentiles when it comes to balance, that site also does some unexplained oddities to the data. I honestly don't know how that can be construed as a reliable source.

Go to Warcraft logs and use the comparison tools available that will allow you to look at other toons at your iLVL that are performing better than you. Most of the time there is something either wrong with the rotation or improper use of trinkets within burst windows.

There are YouTube videos out there that will teach you how to use the tool.

remember when havoc was #1 the week the raid opened?

Every tier warrior starts off strong before everyone gets geared, and then we fall down to the bottom.

Fury is also one of the lowest dps in keys by a lot.

Comment by SirMuttonChops

So it's okay for both DK's DPS specs to be in the top ten, but lord forbid that either of the Warrior DPS Spec's can at least crack the top 50%.

Yeah. I'm convinced now that Blizz A) Has no idea how to balance Warriors, and B) Don't even play their own game.

It's A, except for everyone, not just Warriors.

The AI made a funny!

Comment by Scrauder

Wouldn't the "Damage to bosses" be the most important statistic here? Or am I raiding entirely wrong?

Comment by Zorrid

Overall dam barely matters in raid, lol.

you are actually entirely wrong since it's add-focused raid

Comment by Twax

Disbalac in M+ and AOE dmg is more that 35%, but wowhead doesn't write about it and blizzard ... hm ... shut up and pay.

Comment by Lemistio

Seems outlaw is already forgotten
