After billion dollar company can't put a single underpaid intern to remove 3 guilds manually who bought lockouts they spectacularly managed to completely break a system they could have changed previous to the tier starting.
It's pathetic that WR 230 Guilds are being given official website HoF spots over WR 150 Guilds because of this stupid change. Can Blizzard's interns or staff seriously not follow a simple list and award eligible Guilds HoF in order, those who extended still deserve their official spots despite the change.

Pretty sure Blizzard's Dev team has been infiltrated by Boosters....How else would you explain all the changes made in this expansion to the end game that ONLY benefit RWF and Boosters the most but at the same time puts yet any hurdle in the way of casuals or even those tend to stay somewhere in middle of the pack.
Guess those 0.1% of playerbase should be happy now?
