(Fixed) Blade Flurry Dealing Significantly Less Damage in Patch 11.1.5 - Outlaw Rogue & Trickster Bugs

Imploring Blizzard to consider a broader reimagining of Outlaw to give it a more desirable damage profile in any kind of content while still keeping the parts of it we love - the high apm and mobility being chief among them.

And I am genuinely and sincerely asking to consider the entire removal of killing spree or removal of the teleport and building trickster, which has potential to be such an incredible hero tree, around something else if the teleport removal isn't possible. I was so excited for the permanent tricks playstyle of the hero tree, but killing spree makes me not want to play the tree, as there are several scenarios and bosses in m+ you cannot use it on, drastically hurting your DPS, as well as being unusable on Sprocket in raid (it would have also been an issue last tier on Court if anyone played it then).
