When thinking of Nightmare Dungeons in particular I have the following issues:1. One gripe I have with NMDs are the keys. They feel obsolete.Keys conquere inventory slots quite quickly but their limited selection of affixes is not interesting enough to justify keeping one over another. Instead of requesting upgrades (they were downgraded just recently) and therefore increase inventory clutter, I think it makes more sense to have NMD key properties moved directly on the dungeon's entry.2. Another thing, that seems like a safe bet by now, is for dungeons to utilize multiple floors. There are moments where I want to continue farming in a certain dungeon after the boss, so it would be nice to be able to crawl a bit deeper. Preferable with a little shake-up of what to expect going down floor by floor.3. When it comes to rewards, I hope the changes with Season 9 do consider the time after it ends.My personal suggestion is to have a hourly rotation of NMDs appear on the map, that allow players to farm a specific equipment type with very high drop chance from enemies and chests while running a dungeon. I believe this could serve as a simple yet effective solution for targeting Greater Affixes on legendary items, which would certainly help to keep dungeons interesting in the future.Earlier this year I posted a suggestion in the official forums for Nightmare Dungeons, where these three points are accounted for: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d4/t/proposal-time-to-retire-nightmare-sigils-for-a-helltide-dungeon-system/211067A mockup image of how this could look on the map is included.I also recommend that Diablo 4 should explore RNG a lot more with its environments & events. I like Horde mode and Root Holds for their approach of frequently giving players new choices along the run. Unpredictability is key for keeping things fresh, and it can be very fun, depending on how it is implemented.
