how about a hint of dinars?
Does it have RGB?
How about a glyph for BM Hunters that turns the Pack Leader Wyvern into a spectral version. Not because I care about spectral wyverns, but because that annoying piece of garbage blocks my field of view every time it spawns. I swear Blizzard devs make decisions based on what will annoy players the most.
Tbh I was expecting a full but freely customisation of your Spotting Eagle (changing Beak, colour of feathers, etc) via the Stable Master or Barber Shop rather than just a glyph.I mean we don't see our eagle that much. Would be cool to have some kind of ability we can toggle between having the eagle swoops down and perches on your character's arm out of combat or something.
Would prefer a raven
What about letting hunters tame the pets they use? Or picking something from the stables.. MM/Pack Leader changes are short sighted
Similar to BM's extra pet slot in the stable, I'd really like if the customisation was opened up a bit wider for both Marksman eagles and Pack Leader beasts. Have a slot in the stable where you can put any pet that matches the family for the role (Feathermane for Wyvern, Bird of Prey/Carrion Bird for Spotting Eagle etc.), it would help us feel more attached to the animals we summon and give us a lot more customisation options.
Phoenix when?
I wish it was a slot in the stable like BM's second pet, but if it has to be glyphs I hope we'll get parrots.A raven or some undead bird would be great for Dark Rangers, eagle does not fit a lot of fantasies.
Honestly, I have a really hard time understanding Blizzard's choices regarding cosmetic glyphs. They have endless customisation possibilities, and they do almost nothing with them. I mean, if they care about Harrier's Cry, a spell you see for a fraction of a second every 10mins, isn't it possible to make glyphs for spells that are far more significant?- Cobra Shot: I can't stand seeing a green snake emerge from my rifle and wriggle its way to my target. Couldn't it be a more metaphorical spell, like just a poisoned bullet/arrow?- Arcane Shot: could we get back the old look, which was much less "magical". The current model is fine when you're playing an elf. But when you're playing a tauren hunter or a dwarf mountaineer, it breaks all the immersion.- Explosive Trap: I'd love to see the old trap back, similar to the Freezing Trap, but with a little flame in the middle. - Tar Trap: I liked it a lot more when it was an Ice Trap. My hunter is close to nature, so why would he go and spread puddles of tar in the forest? These are just a few suggestions, but for the most part it would really just be a matter of giving players the chance to have visuals that have already existed. It would require almost no work and would be absolutely brilliant for players who care about the “RPG” aspect of this game, and the immersion of their character.
A new glyph! Is it 2012 again?
Glad for MM, but I desperately wish they'd do the same for BM pack leader. Never wanted Rexxar's pets, still don't want them, and it very much diminishes player agency where it comes to picking their pets. I'm not saying the first iteration was good either, I felt for people who don't like wolves as pets, so can we *please* just have a glyph that gives us what we have in our stable? Even if we had to go out and tame "overlay" pets (something that flies for the wyvern, something tenacity for the bear and so on) it would be a vast improvement on the current situation. :(
You never even see the sporting eagle/owl? Waste of development time for the RP'ers.
This is a good glyph that I would 100% put on my Kaldorei Huntress. But there should be more, and the easiest way would be to let players change the eagle to their own animal.
Cool but...I play Marks and I have never even really seen the current bird because it's only visible for a split second while zooming by.
why not just make a stables tab where you can choose the spotting eagle form from the Birds of Prey, Carrion Birds, Wasps, Bats etc. pet families the same way Demon pets work right now at the barbershop?
