They should just get rid of BOEs in general because it's clear they can't decide how to handle them and they're obviously terrified of people being able to get them.

The problem with this logic is there is now no reason to do the trash, it's literally trash. I watched Liquid use 3 rogues back to back AOE stealth to just skip all of it. The next step will be players asking for it to be removed since it serves no purpose except time wasting. The whole point of the filler trash mobs between bosses was to provide resources and item drops, even raw gold. But over the years Blizzard has slowly removed all of that to cater to the esports bros who want every dungeon and raid to be a hyper time efficient boss rush mode. Blizzard should remember the majority of their paying subscribers are interested in the RPG, not the illusion of esport.
Just make it like FFXIV raids then, basically no trash mobs

It's really not clear why they did this. If they're not going to give boe items, then why have they added so many mobs? I hope this happened for a limited time period during the tournament to equalize the competition between teams, and then they fix it and all mobs give items so they have a chance, otherwise it's no fun anymore.
Hi , I don't understand why that raid haved 1000 trash then not deroped any boes or just 7 add , blizzard are you ok ? I suggest you use some common sense , This decision makes players unable to have item boe because the price is very high in ah , i think blizzard dont care abot the ppl in game , that a shame

are the Lieutenants weekly Lockout?
May not mean much in the short run, but when farming this raid for transmog later, it's good you'll know which mobs to target (in case we don't get a modern way to aggro mobs in a wide radius)
What's the difference in having lieutenants drop boes when the trash reset exploit is prob still not fixed?
So We got the plate belt last night. I put it on AH for guild funds. Just now got a mail with "auction expired". Took item out and it was immediatly Souldbound. I did this on my shaman which cant equip plate to begin with. And all the other of the same items disappeared from AH aswell. Blizzard must have did something there.
When did this change? theyre dropping from non-lieutenants yesterday
