Frost will still be a spec with a singular best talent choice for both single and multi target fights and gets obliterated if your uptime drops or you're just unlucky for a second during breath.
Unholy still gets to manage 3 seperate resources and a lot of small CDs/buffs to do relevant damage during your dmg windows.
