The worldbuff items are overpriced dogwater, and aggrend is a %^&*!. Make worldbuffs irrelevant. Remove them, or make them permanent. It's not that hard.

So considering all the time and effort to obtain the mats, then to hand them in for commendations and then to travel all over the map to pick these up and considering they don't stack and are one time use - this is an absolute failure of an idea.It is still far more efficient to get the old buffs and boon them. At least in a raid you can boon and un-boon to save their expiration.This had such potential and yet again its another half-baked idea that does not address the wants of the player base.Change it to make them permanent with a 3 day cooldown, allow them to stack. They don't need to be boon-able obviously.Guarantee you this will not be used as it is not worth the time and effort for the crappy reward
