Imagine using a program to find out the 606 piece from Vault is better than the 550ish piece you still have from leveling!
Pardon my ignorance but isn't it enough to use the Pawn addon that shows % increases in relation to which stats have priority? There's also those data aggregation sites that compare trinket power in st and aoe situations.
I find it so weird that people do this, like wtf, know your spec, read the items and it will be pretty @#$%ing obvious.
