There was no WoW for some time in China
China is known to have absurd amount of bots, RMT and other issues. And the game jsut relaunched
The newest bundle practically gives you fully ulduar-ready character with all rep, set of items etc
... and you're wondering why there's 11mln characters, where people on average had 3+ alts and GDKP leads having 20+ with gdkp addicts following with 10+?

11 mil people.. everyone must have 11 toons, so it's only 1 mil people. Among those 1 mil 99% are bots, so it's only few people playing Wrath.

We already went through Wrath classic, so it's normal that no one "cares" anymore, but they haven't. It's normal to have a lot of interest in it, especially considering that they will probably have a better experience, since they will get the more polished version.
