Buff isn't visible in game, no rep from a WQ completed and contract rep gain didn't work when completing a world quest.
The actually quest for the world boss which includes escorting the 3 goblin shredders to the world boss to remove his shield cannot be completed in a raid group, and even in do dont do it in a raid group it doesn't count towards the do 10 world quests for the weekly.
Rep seems to be bugged on world quests. I did the climbing one in Hallowfall that listed bonus rep as a reward and it gave me nothing upon completion. Other world quests were also giving no rep.
am i able to done the quest without getting ban ?
Big point many seem to have missed:If a world quest can give you Renown, the faction name when you mouse over the quest icon on the map will be in coloured text. If it is grey, you've already earned Renown with a character in your Warband for the current spawn of the quest. These do NOT reset on weekly, but when the quest spawns again.So, if you did a WQ on Monday, got the Renown for it, then did it again on another toon today, you won't get more Renown because it is a new week.Each WQ gives Renown once per spawn. Not weekly reset.Now, as to the "Sign of the Emissary" buff, it is present, but you need to follow the above point: Do WQs you haven't done on another toon already (regardless it if it was up before reset).Just to test this, I went and did the "A Floral Flair for Every Ram" WQ that started today on the Isle of Dorn. I had not done this on any character today.75 Renown for Council of Dornogal (50 Base x 1.5 Emissary Buff)15 Renown for The Assembly of the Deeps (Tier 2 Contract x 1.5 Emissary Buff)It works. Just do quests you are eligible for renown in.
I'm not even getting the weekly quest from Faerlin on some of my alts. Is this a bug?
Do you have to be level 80 to get this quest?
Is this quest "The World Awaits" repeatable and rewards able to be claimed by every lvl 80 alt?Can anyone confirm?(I only have 1 lvl 80 so can't check for myself yet)If this is the case it's a very strong incentive to get many lvl 80s.
Seems to be bugged. Doing lots of WQs but not getting any rep.
So even on quests that stated that rep is available and the name of the faction is in bright white, as opposed to grey where you wont get rep, I am not getting rep for the WQ when completed. This seems to be a bug. These were done with the main and not been done on others before.With so few WQ and ways to get rep outiside of "rares" this needs to be addressed asap. I think reps are bugged. I am pretty sure i was supposed to get rep but i am not.
