Gnomeregan did not require level 40 in phase two, we had characters enter below 40 and I've seen others go with as low as 35. The only thing that required level 40 was the Horde "pre-quest" that gives you access to the teleporter.
It never required level 40, went in there with a level 20 few weeks into the phase. Tried with a level 1 and it said level 15 was the required level to enter
What even is this post? You could zone into Gnomer before 40. I've zoned in level 26 alts in phase 2.
This isn't new, it's been like this since P2 started. @ANSHLUN
I'd hate to join a group to level and find out the leader invited 2 of his level 25 mates to boost them and the rest of the group is just expected to carry them...Before someone says make your own group, sometimes there isn't enough people playing to do that.

bfd is still 25+ that sucks. they should lower it like gnome so you can boost alts
