If anyone else except 2 rwf guilds got the axe it would be nice hotfix..Didn't blizzard forget to add a dropchance? Even if a droprate is like Sha in old times, 0.05% , atleast a couple dozens around the world would get it with a basic chance.

people actually crying about droprate the second week its obtainable, holy smokes. get real, most of you wont have it before the mid to end of the season, which is intended and fine. it is a legendary after all.
as an arms enjoyer i enjoy this change
While I don't have this weapon and will probably never get it, I would gladly forgo these buffs and have them remove the 3 second channel "stun" for using it. Or at least allow us to use other abilities during the channel.
