Wasn't there not going to be a SoD PTR?

They thought a little balancing with actually players could benefit the player base.

The SoD content itself is not available, the 1.15 patch that brings bug fixes and some UI fixes is on the PTR.

Plus also server load testing

Between the Eyes, Blade Dance, Quick Draw.
So basically retail talents into classic?

we already knew this. season of dogdoo is going to be retail flavor classic. they're removing the old dungeons and replacing them with re-imagined ones, adding new gear, and giving retail talents to classes (or moving some buffs around for factions that dont have shamans/paladins)

Is that a bad thing? I don't think so, plus you get more spec freedom with these abilities as they're not(at least currently by the look of it)tied to one specific spec. Will that work out and give workable and unique options? we'll have to wait and see.
That said Rogue tank seems interesting and looks to be quite strong.
