Allies of Arzaal in Argus - Free Argus Crafting Materials After Unlocking Man'ari Eredar Customizations

An entire race defined in the lore by their unquenchable thirst for genocide, eradicating entire planets for the Burning Legion, and now we can join their ranks. Exciting times.

And here I thought the new writing team is all about butterflies and rainbows...

With bated breath I look forward to which town gets honorably nuked and which tree gets mercifully burned by these "redeemed" individuals.

More story build up and character development in your response than literal galactic hitler getting magically redeemed in an optional questline.
But sure, it's just like Orcs, 20+ years of writing and they're still pieces of $%^& most of the time, Dranei are just that much better at getting better.

I don't think the man'ari are being redeemed as a race like some people say here... it's more like it's a bad guy that wants to be good. Like a German trying to hide Jews I guess... if that makes any sense :')

What this article doesn't tell you is that this is account wide. So you cannot spam these npc's on alts. It's one and done.

I still lul at people complaining that the story wasn't as "woke" in WC3 when that game specifically portrayed Orcs as more than just brutal, simple-minded, war-thirsty monsters, unlike mainstream Fantasy before, including Warhammer, including Warcraft 1 & 2.

i think you've gotten it backwards, they're joining us.

Mac'aree not eredath!

Don't think much about it. There is no official decree or announcement from any leader like we got from other questionable classes/races with the exception of Darkfallen. There are no NPC openly wandering cities. We can blame laziness but they bothered to add NPCs to Argus, a zone nobody cares for. Blizzard seems to want to let us know what is accepted and what not. Even Dracthyr are watched by SI:7. Open demon in cities is still kill on sight. My biggest problem with the questline is a demon feeling regret, there could be better reasons for a demon to want to side with Azeroth instead of Sargeras, this makes too human, but humanifiying everything seems to be current Blizzard's agenda.

Goddammit, I needed that article before I spent 30k gold on mats to buy all the transmog yesterday. xD
I saw that line from Arzaal about stolen supplies, but somehow it didn't click for me...
