A small cadre of Necromancers, each in search of knowledge hidden within the Dry Steppes.
Once every three years, these followers of Rathma gather in Ked-Bardu to discuss their findings in the Steppes. Their explorations of late have been curtailed by the growing cannibal hordes that plague the countryside.
