The shield applied while Treemouth is Consuming a player effectively causes you to sink DPS into a worthless target, as breaking the shield is not even necessary. In fact, you have an incentive to cause the shield to not spawn at all - we'll come back to this

Because Partially Digested lasts longer than the cooldown of Consume (since it will be applied up to 12 seconds from when Grasping Vines is cast), unless you have a way to drop this debuff, you will need to sort out a consume rotation

Onto the topic, yeah that once again shows how little, if any, THOUGHTFUL internal testing Blizz did for this Spec. There are legit +5 keys saying "aug only". How is that healthy for the casuals of the game who log in and want to do a baby key lol. They will not be able to do mythic plus now unless you are god comp or you push your own key.

I have never seen the game be this meta before in such a short time. Even last season sure some comps were needed to push the highest keys but you had a large variety when it came to weekly 20s. Now no one is touching content without an aug and spriest. Your group is never getting off the ground unless its a guild or friend group.Comment by StopakillaRemoved

If, for any reason, you fail to do this (such as if the Augmentation Evoker dies), In the dominant group composition in Mythic+ today, you can send the holy paladin down on the next Consume Comment by crkdrHave a druid with "Wild Charge" talented get consumed and then use Wild Charge to leap to the location of an ally.
