When you reach 50, you're already doing pretty much everything this game has to offer and you can do that with any build. Like what's the point of doing 100 keys? Is not like you're getting better loot. Uber lilith? Again what's the point of doing her? Is not like in D2 where you get a very powerful charm for defeating ubers.
