Hopefully it isn't as LOUD as the Winding Slitherdrake. I feel like that thing is constantly screaming in my ears. Even when I'm just sitting still.....
Hoping this means the cloud serpents also get reworks based on slitherdrake,
They need fo fix the dent in the neck and it's gonna be perfect, my favourite noodle getting some love.
That's fantastic! But more so, I'm very excited to see this applied to more mounts in the future!And while we're dreaming - perhaps Blizzard will give the boar mounts a running animation rather than a sped-up walking one!
Nice! I always liked the way this mount looks (standing still) but the animations were so bad that it was practically unusable.
omfg yes yes yes! The cloud serpents and serpent-like dragons would have always been my favorites if they had a normal ground-walking animation instead of ground-flyingthis is BIG news for me, keep it uuuup
The more mounts that get moved over to the new rigging, the better. I know it's gonna be awhile, but I expect them to add new rigging for skins that can't be ported to the 5 current ones. Hopefully we get another rigging before the end of the expansion, but I am also ok if it has to come with the next expansion.
Is this really a good change ? at the moment the Slitherdrake has the worst looking walking animation (it looks very stiff and the tail movement looks almost mechanical) as well as the worst flying animation (what is up with the wings forming an arc shape backward ? it's as if it can't resist wind pressure...)
Thankfully! The animation was an atrocity from the very beginning, unbearable too look at and impossible to enjoy riding.Could blizzard fix Mechagon Aerial Unit mounts and the Zereth Overseer next, please?

Yessssss! I hope the cloud serpents get this treatment as well - I hate it when mounts don't touch the ground while grounded, it's so visually confusing.
As a Horde player, I just hope that we get a 6th Dragonriding mount in 10.2 or something that uses the griffin/hypogriff skeleton as a base. A bunch of the Horde wyvern mounts should be fine for Dragonriding with the Wylderdrake animations, but their Alliance equivalents don't have anything yet.
