I think this is more at guilds that raid on Sunday or Monday just logging off with the raid loot until after the Great Vault is looted on Tuesday and then handing out based on that. RWF definitely has something to do with it, but waiting until Great Vault is really degenerate.

This is 100% because Echo was having someone collect all the loot during their split runs during Vault RWF, and then handing it out later. They apparently had spreadsheets for everything.
This only means they have to do even more split raids to compensate and kill no mythic bosses until heroic/normal splits are done.

So this is a negative change generally speaking: items will be still tradeable in bags for less time than they do now, I had a hawkstrider mount from magister's terrace drop on an alt, and as I don't use it often, it stayed tradeable for a full week or something, it took that long to play 2h on it, now it'd expire much earlier.A minor thing in any case, not like you end up trading something a week later usually.
